A Reiki appointment is a time for self-care. It is a place to be safe and be still. Reiki will leave you feeling relaxed and most clients leave feeling lighter. I have offices in San Francisco and Petaluma. Reiki takes place on a massage table. Wear comfortable clothes, shoes aren’t necessary. Don’t worry if you run cold, the massage table can be heated and I offer blankets as well. I try to incorporate essential oils into a session but if scents aren’t your thing, that is completely okay we don’t have to use them. Bring an open mind and an intention. Reiki works best when the Practitioner and client are both focused on the same goal. A massage is for your physical plane, while a Reiki session helps to bridge the gap between your energy and your body.
